日本国内で一点、手仕事とともに作られた製品になります、これには、すべて手作りの漢方茶、漢方ペースト、漢方御香りが含まれます。製造上、必ず生じてしまう加工跡や、やむを得ない理由で発生するムラや若干の歪みがございますが、職人の仕事の痕跡としてご了承いただけますと幸いです。

商品にヒビや目立っ髪の毛、異物などの欠陥ががある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じることができません。これ以外、商品の交換・返品はいかなる理由においても一切お受けすることができません。

以下の利用規約は「破損」・「不良品」及び「商品誤発送」があった場合にのみ適用されます。

 

【期限】

商品到着後3仕事日以内にご連絡下さい（Eメール），内容を確認させて頂きまして、速やかに良品と交換させて頂きます。

万が一、同一品の在庫が無い場合はご返品頂いた上で、返金させて頂きます。

但しご連絡が3仕事日以内に行われなかった場合、返品を受け付けられない場合がありますので予めご了承下さい。

 

【返品送料】

同一品をお届けの際にドライバーが「破損」・「不良品」及び「商品誤発送」を引取させて頂きます、その際の送料は弊社負担となりますので、ご安心くださいませ。

万が一、同一品の在庫がない場合は、弊社着払いにて不良品をお送り下さいませ。

 

【返金額について】

同一品の在庫がない場合は、返金額をお客様のご指定の口座に返金いたします。

返金額＝商品の金額＋振込手数料＋お届けした際の送料金額

【Return Shipping Fee】
